This proposal is for a 6-floor commercial building design which is poised to achieve sustainable architectural design. Its design does try to fit into an original L-Shaped building design footprint with its Ground Floor reserved for parking in addition to parking made available across the site.
In response to the Client’s brief the we have provided rental parking targeted at users of offices in neighbouring sites.
The Roof terrace, designed green with cross-hatched over head pergola and royal palm tree planters, evokes a near tropical feeling to end users. This roof top space may serve for corporate events and could house Café Bars as well as partly open air roof top restaurants for casual use for relaxation during weekends or late evenings.
The building is to be electrically serviced on the PHCN grid with options of solar window panels to provide for internal lighting to office spaces which goes in line with the effort for sustainability in design.
