REDEVELOPMENT OF ADENIJI ADELE HOUSING I-IV

The ATO Architects Consortium is comprised of ATO Architects Limited – Architects, Master Planning SEA Surveyors Limited – Quantity Surveying and Cost Planning Services Morgan Omonitan & Abe (MO&A) – Civil & Structural Engineering Services UNECON Associates Limited – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Engineering Services Integral, Atlanta – Development Advisor Lead Capital PLC – Financial Advisor The winning option for the re-development of the Adeniji Adele Phase I-IV Housing is using a combination of various housing unit types at various heights to achieve the required density for the redevelopment. The inclusion of Commercial and Community Development as well as provisions for elevated parking spaces. Commercial and Community Developments include Shopping areas, Community Center, Places of Worship and Schools. We also provided for Recreational and Open Spaces and infrastructure facilities / services. We outlined our strategy for Vehicular Movement Primary and Secondary Drainage Effluent Disposal Water Supply Sewage Treatment Power Supply and Distribution Waste Management We were able to achieve a total number of housing units of 2640 units.
