The project started as a competitive bid which was won and awarded to ATO Architects. The brief was to situate over 800 staff in 4000sqm of office space spread across 4 floors of the prestigious Landmark Towers on the Oniru waterfront. The work scope included space planning with enclosed spaces for directors and partners, creation of meeting rooms, telephone booths, huddle spaces, and cafeterias on each floor with an outdoor aspect for relaxation and wellness. We also provided a data center on the ground floor.
The firm operated a hot desking system which allows for fluidity the staff operations. Apart from the senior staff, no spaces were “owned” by individuals. This eliminated the need for individual drawer pedestals in favour of banks of storage lockers in shared spaces.
The offices which serves as their Nigeria head office was opened in December 2016.
