The inclusion of Commercial and Community Development as well as provisions for elevated parking spaces. Commercial and Community Developments include Shopping areas, Community Center, Places of Worship and Schools. We also provided for Recreational and Open Spaces and infrastructure facilities / services. We outlined our strategy for Vehicular Movement Primary and Secondary Drainage Effluent Disposal Water Supply Sewage Treatment Power Supply and Distribution Waste Management We were able to achieve a total number of housing units of 2640 units.
